Merit Tool Company is a leader in precision machining. We are unique in our ability to offer close tolerance processes coupled with the production capability of our CNC turning and CNC milling equipment. We have the ability to perform a Wire EDM operation on a production part produced in the CNC equipment. Our expertise also includes Hard Turning and Hard Milling. We have CNC Turn- Mill capabilities along with Ram EDM and Precision Grinding.

We Production Saw, Cold Saw, Cut, Turn, Mill, EDM, Grind, Wire Cut, Hole Pop, Keyway, Drill, Tap, Burr, Assemble, Glue, 3D Mill, Precision Grind, Surface Grind, Inspect, Package, Inventory, and Ship a variety of metallic & non-metallic parts and assemblies. We also embrace cellular manufacturing and a lean culture.

Our local partners allow us to offer Plating, Heat Treating, Welding, Laser Cutting, Forming, Testing, 3rd Party Inspection and numerous other processes in conjunction with our in house capabilities. We work with Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Aluminum, Plastic, High Temp Alloys, Mild Steel and a variety of other materials.

We offer inventory management along with assembly and project management. We build Plastic Molds, Fixtures and Tooling, Stamping & Forming Tooling and cater to customers with demanding requirements. We will furnish 1 part or 1,000/week. We will ship on a weekly schedule and work to your annual requirements.

All of this is managed in a modern 20,000 sq. ft. facility. All work is performed under the guideline of our ISO-9001 registration requirements. We also will provide any additional documentation and certification that our customers require.
