Our experience ranges from one piece prototypes to mold and die components to monthly shipment of production parts. Merit Tool Company can also assist in the design, manufacture and repair of your plastic molds. All product is manufactured to a specific customer's specification and/or blueprint. These machining services can be performed on a "rush" or expedited basis (from same day to less than a 2 week turnaround) as well as more normal machining lead times (4-6 week delivery) for industrial customers. In many cases, additional value-added services are done for a customer (i.e. plating, heat treating, etc.) by utilizing outside suppliers. Finished parts are furnished to the transportation, valve, machine building, heavy industrial equipment, plastic mold and industrial shelving manufactures.
