What is your job lead time? We offer anywhere from overnight on rush jobs to a standard 2-4 weeks depending on material availability and complexity of the job. Do you run more than one shift? Yes, we offer a 2 shift operation from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Who do we contact with questions? We have experience with mild and alloy steel, stainless steel, brass, bronze, aluminum, high temp alloys, tool steels, plastics and aircraft alloys in bar, flat, plate, tube and sheet forms. Can you receive electronic files? Yes we can view most all electronic file formats. What are your standard lot sizes? 1 piece lots are not uncommon along with yearly requirements of 5,000 to 10,000 pcs. What is your expertise? Precision machined components, spare parts, plastic mold components, and production machining to 10,000 pcs./ year.
